Abstract
 Health problems which can be treated exclusively by surgical means are relatively uncommon in fish. Fish surgery feat is vital essential and inevitable for the at fish diseases treatment recovery. Consequently, only a limited number of procedures have been developed reported literature. Despite use analogous instruments techniques to those employed other animals, very diverse taxon specific anatomy physiology should reviewed before performed. Surgical planning often requires advanced diagnostics such as ultrasonography imaging. Essantial include cutaneous intracoelomic mass excision, ophthalmic procedures, reproductive surgery, brain visceral organs gastrointestinal foreign body removal, examples, buoyancy concerns. This article reviews several that performed highlight various aspects care relate specifically fishes. In this review article, administration sedation anesthesia, anaesthetic agents, pain fish, obtrusive cases operations frequently used anesthetics preoperative considerations, underwater out water microsurgery techniques, laparoscopy, catheter implantation laparotomy were discussed researchers. Suggestions appropriate postoperative management also discussed.
